The villa is very comfortably furnished with good quality furniture and accessories; it is fully air-conditioned and also has the benefit of a large ceiling fan in the sitting area for added comfort. A large 38" plasma TV with Cable, CD player/radio and MP3 plug in, DVD player and a selection of DVDs for your use.

Dining Area

Dining Room with large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with cooker and extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, waste disposal and breakfast nook. Utility area with top loading washing machine and a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Bedroom

King sized bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, bath, double sinks and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2

En-suite, shower over bath, king sized bed and wardrobes

Bedrooms 3 and 4

Bedroom 3 with double bed and bedroom 4 with twin beds. 3rd bathroom with shower over the bath, wash basin and toilet.

Bedroom 5 / Study

Desk with a chair and computer with internet access. The large sofa-bed pulls out to be a double bed (fully sprung). Bathroom 4 comprises of shower over bath, wash basin and toilet.

Pool Area

The patio is fully screened and offers shaded sitting area as well as sunbathing area. The private freeform style pool is gas heated, depth 0.90m - 1.80m.

Outside Area

Externally the detatched villa has lawn all around and at the front a small garden with shrubs and trees.
